The Kansas State First Varsity 8+ rowing crew finished eighth in the Central Regional on Sunday, putting in another solid performance on the water.

K-State's top crew brought in the most points of any other Wildcat boat reaching the Petite final and placing highest of any Wildcat crew in their respective events.

Racing as the First Varsity 8+ were Michael Knoll, Michelle Higgins, Kristin Richman, Christa Bowman, Heather Hoffman, Jennifer Flannigan, Dana Davidson and Nicole Vogt with Kilah Bond coxing. They finished eighth in the Petite final, culminating the team's racing season with a time of 6:25.5.
