    How should universities respond to a report of sexual assault when the incident occurs off campus? For K-State to investigate a report of an off-campus sexual assault, there must be a “nexus,” or connection to the campus environment, before the university can investigate further, said Jeff Morris, K-State vice president of communications and marketing.
