Kathy Dzewaltowski

Kathy grew up in a small town in Iowa and moved to Manhattan in 1988 when her husband accepted a faculty position at K-State.

She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Iowa where she majored in English education and minored in math education. She has taught in public and parochial schools as well as at K-State.

Kathy has two children and is a stay-at-home mom.

She has served as the PTO president for her children's elementary school and has been the school's newsletter editor for many years.

She lives in an older neighborhood in Manhattan and has been an advocate for issues affecting older neighborhoods.
